Senior researcher at the department of Monitoring of the Caspian Sea, PhD in technical sciences Ismayil Zeynalov, visited Voronej (Russia) on 3-5 October. He took part in the scientific-practical conference organized by State University of Voronej under the title “Global climate change, regional effects, models and forecasting”.
