The Department of Document Management and Public Relations is responsible for the organization, management, and control of the document circulation within the institution, as well as ensuring transparency and communication with the public.
The Department carries out the following functions:
- Ensures the receipt, registration, accounting, systematization, and storage of incoming, outgoing, and internal documents;
- Organizes the control over the timely and proper execution of documents;
- Handles the archiving of documents in accordance with established procedures;
- Prepares, coordinates, and distributes official informational materials about the institution's activities;
- Manages relations with the media;
- Oversees the administration and content updates of the official website and social media accounts;
- Prepares and publishes news materials;
- Organizes photo and video documentation of events conducted by the institution;
- Participates in enhancing the institution's positive image
