Main Scientific Focus: The research conducted at the laboratory is focused on the study of Caspian Sea level fluctuations and the factors influencing them, the hydrometeorological characteristics of the Caspian Sea and the impact of climate change on these characteristics, sea monitoring, as well as the assessment of coastal line dynamics in the context of sea level changes.
