A discussion of the dissertation work of the former doctoral student of the Research Institute of Hydrometeorology of the MENR Iftikhar Adil oglu Eyyubov on the topic "Study of the interaction of surface and groundwater in the Oguz-Gabala zone" for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in specialty 5406.01- Hydrology took place at the scientific seminar of the one-time dissertation council under the registration number BFD 3.14, operating at the Institute of Geography named after academician H.A. Aliyev of the MSEAR .
As a result of the positive vote of the seminar participants, I.A. Eyyubov unanimously passed to the next stage.
