Junior Researcher, Department of Demography and Population Geography, Institute of Geography named after Academician H.A. Aliyev of the MSE RA  Beyimkhanym Huseynova was awarded a 1st degree diploma of the III International Demographic Forum on the topic “Demography and Global Challenges”, held in the city of Voronezh, Russian Federation.

This award was presented to the researcher for the scientific article “Study of settlements of ethnic minorities in the border economic regions of Azerbaijan using GIS technologies” (using the example of the Sheki-Zagatala economic region).
