The most glorious page in the centuries-old history of our people has been written under the leadership of the victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev.

On September 27, 2020, in response to a large-scale provocation by the Armenian armed forces along the front, the Azerbaijani army launched a counter-offensive operation, later called the Iron Fist. The Patriotic War, which lasted 44 days, ended with the end of almost thirty years of occupation and the restoration of our territorial integrity. The Great Victory won under the leadership of the victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev has inscribed in our history in golden letters.
