Doctor of Geography Elena Taghiyeva, leading researcher at the Department of Paleogeography, is sent to Italy from August 26 to 31. The objective is to participate at the 9th European Palaeobotany Palynology Conference in Padova.
The subject of the report of Y.Taghiyeva is “Vegetation and climate of the South Caucasus in the sarmat and meotic centuries”.
Scientists and experts from around the world will participate at the conference organized jointly by the department of Earth Sciences at the University of Padua and the Italian National Research Council (CNR), the Institute of Geological Sciences and the Earth’s natural resources.
