Professor Zakir Eminov, Director General of the Institute of Geography named after acad. H. Aliyev of the MSE AR, and Mahbuba Fatullayeva, Deputy Head of the Primary Territorial Organization of the Institute, took part in the event dedicated to Victory Day on November 8, organized by the Yasamal District Organization of the New Azerbaijan Party (NAP) together with the executive authority of the Yasamal District.

The meeting was also attended by participants of the Patriotic War, family members of martyrs, war veterans.
