The guest of Real TV was a leading researcher of the Institute of Geography. acad. H.A. Aliyev of ANAS, Ph.D. in geography Hasan Nabiev. Sharing his views on the impact of global drought on Azerbaijan, the scientist tried to explain the role of technogenic factors, as well as anthropogenic factors underlying the processes in this direction. According to him, in this matter it is necessary to take into account changes in solar activity, shocks, changes and other geophysical factors caused by the rotation of the Earth's axis in the plane of the orbit. At present, as in Europe, the temperature is rising in Azerbaijan, the amount of precipitation is decreasing, etc. accelerates drought. Finding out the reason for the decrease in precipitation, the scientist pointed out that, based on the studies carried out, it was noted that the amount of precipitation decreases in the foothills, but relatively increases as it rises. He said that the heated air masses on Earth must rise very high in order to undergo cooling, that is, to reach the level of condensation and create conditions for the transition of water to a vapor-liquid state. The climatologist attributed the significant increase in the number of natural disasters to an increase in solar activity and indicated that it had doubled since March, due to which the number of natural disasters that occurred this month increased to the limit. H. Nabiev also discussed the changes that can occur in the location of pressure areas on Earth with an increase in temperature, clarified the issues of rapid ice melting in the polar regions, the formation of anticyclones, adaptation to agro-climatic conditions in agricultural areas, the impact of temperature changes on the level of the Caspian Sea, etc.
