Basic scientific achievements:

1.Established that the frequency spectrum of the surface waves for shallow water obeys «ω-3."
2.Revealed that the roughness parameter and the drag coefficient of sea surface wind waves decreases its development.
3.Shown that the shape of the spectra micropulsations atmospheric pressure near the wavy surface identical to the spectrum of wind waves.
