Basic scientific achievements:

Has analyzed the settlement of population of Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic growth processes and the historical development periods of demographic position, dynamics of quantity of population, natural movement indicators of population and the influential factors to them and the birth, death and natural growth processes on cities and villages.

Has investigated the participation and characteristics of Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic in the processes of interrepublic migration, the reason of foreign migration and their directions. Here also investigated the reasons and directions of internal migration (“scummy” migration and flowing of population from villages into cities) on each administrative region in NAR.

Has searched the influential factors to the migration of population in Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic, also investigated the realization of migration policy in the regulation of migration processes, adopted conceptions and analyzing of state programs, the priority directions of migration policy, main duties, principles and etc. in the instance of Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic.
