Deputy Director for Science of the Institute, associate professor M.Hasanov was a guest of the program “Ecoethics”.
The scientist spoke about the causes of changes in the Earth’s landscape, soil, climate, causes of changes in hydrology, the role of climate changes in the spread of various epidemics. He called for more attention to nature in order to respond to the growing needs of humanity.
He noted that rising sea levels as a result of melting glaciers, changing the direction and speed of currents in the world’s oceans will lead to climate change in large areas, which can lead to great disasters.
