Heydar Aliyev's return to power in Azerbaijan on June 15, 1993 is a glorious page in the history of our statehood. This day became a turning point in the fate of our country; an important step was taken on the path to great liberation.
"My life and work will be devoted exclusively to preserving the independence of Azerbaijan and our country's way out of this difficult situation," said the national leader. With his saving mission, he defended the independence of our country, eliminated the socio-political crisis raging in the republic, and laid the foundation for development. Heydar Aliyev's greatest service to our people and history is preserving the Azerbaijani statehood and saving our country from the threat of disintegration and disappearance. Preserving our state means preserving our freedom and independence.
Then Jeyhun Mammadov delivered a report on the topic of "Heydar Aliyev's Policy: the Path from Liberation to Victory". The speaker spoke about the role of national leader Heydar Aliyev, who returned to power on June 15, 1993, in strengthening the country's security, independence, economy, science, culture, development, etc., despite the reigning tyranny, chaos and cabinet war of incompetent leaders who put their personal interests above the interests of the state, despite the declaration of independence in October 1991.
Doctor of Philosophy Fizuli Gurbanov in his report entitled “Political and Geographical Image of Azerbaijan: Theoretical Approach” approached the political and sociological issues that took place in Azerbaijan in the mentioned years from a philosophical point of view, examining the geographical image of the territory, from the national idea to the national ideology, clarified such issues as the violation of territorial integrity in the national consciousness, territorial integrity and integrity of society, the political and legal concept of “territorial integrity”, etc.
