The article analyzes regional climate changes in the territory of Azerbaijan, its long -term changes in certain regions and at various high -altitude intervals.

In particular, on the basis of these real observations, changes in the average many years of temperature and precipitation relative to many years of norms were analyzed. At the same time, according to the recently developed complex method of water balance (KMVB), an assessment of the existing water resources of the country was carried out. This method is based on the registration of factors that form stock in territories where observations are not carried out using GIS technologies and satellite data.
