The results of the parliamentary elections in Georgia are important for the entire region. This was reported to the APA agency by Kamran Ramazanli, Chairman of the Trade Union Organization of the Institute of Geography named after Acad. H. Aliyev of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Speaking about the Azerbaijani-Georgian relations, K. Ramazanli, a native of Georgia, noted that there are friendly relations between the Georgian government and the leadership of Azerbaijan, and they are developing further. It was stated that the relations between Azerbaijan and Georgia are at the level of a strategic alliance.
Noting the importance of the upcoming parliamentary elections in Georgia for Azerbaijan, the T-U Chairman drew attention to the desire of the US and the West to sow confusion in the South Caucasus by calling these elections into question, to achieve the opening of second elections, a front against Russia, implementing their destructive policy, and to apply the Ukrainian scenario in the region.
