A training was held on the topic “The Role and Importance of Artificial Intelligence in Geography” for pupils of secondary school No. 135 and students of the Faculty of History and Geography of ASPU, organized by the Institute of Geography named after. acad. H. Aliyev of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Institute staff Associate Professor Hasan Nabiyev and his junior researcher Nazim Garayli provided extensive information on the application, significance and advantages of artificial intelligence in the study of geographical territories.

At the end of the event, the General Director of the Institute, Professor Zakir Eminov presented a certificate to ADPU students Narmin Guluzade, Fatima Mamedova, Fatima Yusifli, schoolchildren Mamed Shahverdiyev and Imran Garibli, who took part in the training.
