Dr. Said Safarov, head of the department of the Institute of Geography named after academician H. Aliyev of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, gave an interview to the AzTV channel about the decrease in water level in the Caspian Sea and the discovery of sunken ships.
