Doctor of Geographical Sciences Said Safarov, head of the department of the Institute of Geography named after academician H. Aliyev of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was a guest of Space TV, on the program “Morning Status”.

In the scientific program, the scientist gave extensive information about events that occurred on Earth as a result of astronomical factors, global warming, excessive increases or decreases in temperatures, renewable energy sources, reasons for the decrease in water in the Caspian Sea, factors affecting evaporation, decrease in water in the Kura River, the impact of climate change on the ecology, flora and fauna of the Caspian Sea, the phenomena of El Niño and La Niño.
