Employees of the Institute of Geography named after Academician H. Aliyev - General Director, Professor Zakir Eminov, Head of Department, Associate Professor Mirnukh Ismayilov, Senior Researcher, Associate Professor Natavan Jafarova and Research Fellow Emil Jabrayilov (UNEP) took part in the online consultations within the framework of the project of the UN Environment Program and the Caucasus Network for Sustainable Development of Mountain Regions (Sustainable Caucasus).

The Mountains ADAPT project aims to adapt to climate change in mountain areas at the local level through a small grant funding scheme for partner countries in the South Caucasus and East African Community.
