Elnur Safarov, senior researcher at the Department of Caspian Level Problems at the Heydar Aliyev Institute of Geography of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, took part in the next emission of the “Ecoethics” program on AzTV, dedicated to the Caspian Sea.

The scientist analyzed the modern hydrological characteristics of the Caspian Sea, which he is studying, comparing with previous periods and spoke about ways to study and solve environmental, hydrological, level and other problems of the Caspian Sea using new methods.
