The dissertation work of Elvira Hasan qyzy Huseynova was discussed at the scientific workshop of the Dissertation Council of the Institute of Geography named after academician H.A. Aliyev, in the specialty 5401.01-Economic geography "The role of state programs for the socio-economic development of regions in the territorial organization of the economy in the Republic of Azerbaijan" for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in geography (On the example of the Guba-Khachmaz economic-geographical region). The scientific work of E. Huseynova was transferred to the next stage by the decision of the
