Ulkar Allahyar kyzy Babayeva defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Geographical Sciences on the topic "Ecological and geographical problems caused by nature management in the Lankaran physical and geographical region and ways to solve them" in the specialty "Geoecology" 2508.01. at a meeting of the Dissertation Council of the Institute of Geography named after academician H. Aliyev.

It was decided to apply to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan with a request to award Ulkar Babayeva the degree of Ph.D. in geography.
