At a meeting of the Dissertation Council of the Institute of Geography named after acad. H.Aliyev of ANAS Masud Gyulali oglu Almamedli defended his dissertation on the topic “Study of the influence of environmental factors on the ecological and geomorphological conditions of the Talysh mountain system” for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Geography, specialty 5409.01 “Geomorphology”.
It was decided by secret ballot to apply to the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to confer on him the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in geography.
