Main scientific achievements:

During the last 130 years, perennial fluctuations of both annual and seasonal values of air temperature and atmospheric precipitation have been studied.

It was found that air temperature of the Republic increased, atmospheric precipitations decreased with the exception of the large industrial cities.

Scenarios of the main hydro-meteorological parameters changes have been developed and received prognostic variables for 2040 has been assessed.
