Basic scientific achievements

In result of the hydro-meteorological parameters and analysis of data base synoptic maps were determined informative predictor. The reasons for the formation of especially dangerous storms have been defined in relation with atmospheric circulation and the thermal conductivity on the edge of “Water-air”. The graph analytic method of regional information (monogram) was developed on the base of thermic conditions on the boundary of especially dangerous storms and synoptic.
