Senior researcher at the department of Demography and Geography of the Population, PhD in geography Etibar Badalov, participated in the Second Scientific and Practical Conference “Urbanization and Regional Development in Russia and Europe”, held in Moscow.

At the event, organized by the Peoples’ Friendship University (RUDN), Etibar Badalov made a report on the theme “Demographic aspects of the processes of urbanization in Azerbaijan”.

Badalov also made a presentation “Urbanization and Suburbanization in Azerbaijan” in Ulan-Ude of RF on November 12-17 at the conference dedicated to the “Natural revolution in the regional aspect: example of regional cities”.
