The dissertation of Elvin Arif oglu Bayramov, a doctoral student in the Demography and Population Geography Department at the Institute of Geography named after akad. H. Aliyev , entitled "A Study of the Socio-Demographic Features of the Development of the Mil-Mugan Economic Region," was discussed for the first time at a joint meeting of the Human Geography departments.

Bayramov's research has successfully entered a new phase.
