The dissertation work of the doctoral student of the department of "Political and Economic Geography of Azerbaijan" Guliyev Mirmahmud Ramiz oglu, specializing in Regional Geography -5404.01 on the topic "Organization of the use of the ecological potential of geocomplexes of the north-eastern slope of the Greater Caucasus based on landscape planning (on the example of Gudyalchay-Samurchay) was discussed at the scientific seminar of the One-time Dissertation Council with registration number BFD 3.14, operating at the Institute of Geography named after Academician H.A. Aliyev.

As a result of the positive vote of the seminar participants, M.R. Guliyev was successfully admitted to the next stage.
