On April 27, the ceremony of signing a memorandum of understanding on the implementation of joint research activities was held.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullaev said that the purpose of signing the memorandum is to organize joint activities of research institutes and higher educational institutions, to jointly identify existing problems and ways to solve them.

As a result, a memorandum was signed between Baku State University and 5 research institutes.
