The book of the researcher at the Department of Hydrometeorology of the Caspian Sea of the Institute of Geography Kamran Ramazanli, "The Energy Strategy of Heydar Aliyev and Georgia, was published in Azerbaijani and Georgian in Tbilisi, Georgia.

The book, which was consulted by the General Director of the Institute of Geography, D.Sc. in economics Zakir Eminov is dedicated to the place and role of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the energy strategy of the neighboring friendly Republic of Georgia.

The first part of the work, which consists of two parts, examines the essence of Heydar Aliyev's energy strategy, and the second part examines Georgian-Azerbaijani relations and the strategic alliance with Georgia.
