Documents for doctoral studies will be accepted electronically through the Centralized Education Information System (CISO). Those wishing to apply for doctoral studies should go to the website of the portal.edu.az of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, select the service "Registration of students in higher and secondary educational institutions" and register in accordance with the instructions.

The documents of registered citizens must be checked and approved by the responsible person of the scientific institution and the doctoral student.

Sending applications through Portal.edu.az will start on April 12 this year, and the deadline for receiving documents will be May 16.

Admission to doctoral studies is carried out in accordance with the "Rules for the establishment of doctoral studies and admission to doctoral studies", approved by Resolution No. 129 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 10, 2010. It is important to take into account paragraphs 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9 of these Rules.
