In accordance with the education policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and with the aim of developing scientific foundations for the measures implemented by the Ministry of Science and Education, strengthening innovation, and involving the potential of natural and geographical conditions in production and practice, the Azerbaijan Geographical Society, the Institute of Geography named after Academician Hasan Aliyev under the Ministry of Science and Education, and the Guba branch of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University organized a Republican Scientific Conference of bachelor’s and master’s students titled “Improving the Quality of Science and Education in the Regions” on May 30–31, 2025, in a hybrid format, dedicated to the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty.”

The main goal of this conference, organized within the framework of the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty,” is to contribute to the development of science and education in the regions, stimulate the scientific activity of undergraduate and graduate students, support their research efforts, and create opportunities for the exchange of scientific knowledge. The conference serves as a platform for presenting and discussing scientific works of young researchers on current issues.
