2025
Samira Abuşova

The monograph is devoted to the study of the geomorphological structure of the Lesser Caucasus (within the borders of Azerbaijan), as well as the examination of its ecogeomorphological conditions based on the static and dynamic factors of the relief. The study analyzes the morphometric characteristics of the area’s relief (horizontal and vertical dissection, hypsometry, slope gradient, and aspect), lithological-petrographic factors, and dynamic processes, which are considered the main factors for ecogeomorphological assessment. Based on these factors, ecogeomorphological zoning of the territory has been carried out.

The monograph is intended for specialists in geomorphology, geology, and landscape studies, as well as for students of higher education in the field of geomorphology (master’s and doctoral students).
