Booklet dedicated to the bibliography of the former head of the Department of Geomorphology and Natural Risks of the Institute of Geography, Doctor of Geography, the late Professor Huseyn Khalilov, is published by Decision No. 2 of the Scientific Council of the Institute dated 26.01.2022 on the personal initiative of the leading researcher of that department, Doctor of Philosophy in Geography Tofig Gurbanov.
