At the scientific workshop of the Institute of Geography academician Garib Mammadov made the report on the topic: “On the study of ecological land assessment maps and electronic land map of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

G.Mammadov presented extensive information about the main features of electronic land based on aerospace materials, a digital model of height of the Azerbaijani territory. The speaker clarified the issues of mapping of ecological land assessment based on GIS, interactive land maps and their principles based on aerospace materials.
